Saddle parts, reins, etc to proper catch all term.

BUR #22653 has been rejected.

create implication breaststrap_(saddle) -> tack_(riding)
create implication bridle -> tack_(riding)
create implication cinch -> tack_(riding)
create implication crupper_(saddle) -> tack_(riding)
create implication reins -> tack_(riding)
create implication saddle -> tack_(riding)

Tack is the proper catchall term for saddles, saddle components, reins, etc. Basically everything that goes on an animal.

Wasn't quite sure if this includes what the rider wears (eg, spurs) since it is listed but I'm not sure it's techically under that term so I havent included it in the BUR.

For some inexplicable reason I can't add.

Imply Saddle -> tack_(riding)
Imply Reins -> tack_(riding)

Despite those being the main point as a I keep getting the "can't make more than 90%" Error despite making sure they didn't, it also isn't just the system being slow because I saved this bur days ago and copy pasted it in just now and still get the "can't make more than 90%".

nuke cinch
nuke breaststrap_(saddle)
nuke crupper_(saddle)
nuke tack_(riding)

Diagram. We don't need half these tags.

Those aren't even the tags.

I question why we even need some of these tags. cinch, bridle, crupper (saddle) and breaststrap (saddle) don't actually explain what the hell these parts are, it's just regurgitated wikipedia descriptions with no context.

Outside of just horses post #6863938 there is definitely the trope of various things holding saddles in place on fantasy mounts post #6611470 which just saddle and reins doesn't cover. Unless there is a catchall term specifically for all the straps and such holding the saddle in place it's either this or just using tack as a catchall term for them as well as saddle and reins. "Why not just tag saddle?" I hear you say post #7281045 post #5782925 post #5363895 post #5216611 in cases where no saddle is visible but the straps to secure one is it would be dumb to tag saddle.
