Colored mob cap nuke

mass update white_mob_cap -> white_hat mob_cap
mass update blue_mob_cap -> blue_hat mob_cap
mass update black_mob_cap -> black_hat mob_cap
nuke white_mob_cap
nuke blue_mob_cap
nuke black_mob_cap

I just realized I tagged a bunch of posts with white_mob_cap without them applying any implications about that. Looking into it more, it seems like these combination color + type hat tags probably shouldn't exist in the first place.

I'm new to this, so I have no idea how to force the tags to imply [color]_hat and mob_cap without the site complaining about a lack of wiki page/post count.

deprecate black_mob_cap

The headwear tags at the moment are kinda a huge mess right now, so don't worry about it. I think axing the mob cap specific ones when "x hat" works just fine for colors is a good first step in the right direction. Just don't forget to deprecate them, so that no one cluelessly recreates them later on down the line. I'll go ahead and submit that request for you though.

Yeah, there's no good way to get it to stop without meeting those requirements. It's really fucking annoying. It's usually as easy as just creating a basic wiki page and gardening in the requisite number of posts for it.
