create alias ivory_coast -> cote_d'ivoire
create alias cote_d'ivorian_flag -> ivorian_flag
The country tag Cote d'Ivorie is using the official name of the country, wheas in general public, the term "Ivory Coast" (which is officially discouraged by the Ivorian government) is still widely used to refer to this country. For the sake of findability, I think this should be applied as alias.
Also rename the Cote d'Ivorian flag into "Ivorian" flag, since the correct demonym of Cote d'Ivoire is simply "Ivorian".
