Ecclesia the Exiled

Ecclesia the Exiled seems to be the same as Incredible Ecclesia the Virtuous with the only differences being the latter card has her having twin braids, "horns", black pantyhose, a pair of black gloves and wielding a hammer.
Should Ecclesia the Exiled be aliased to Incredible Ecclesia the Virtuous?

Also, I'm not sure which should be tagged only as Incredible Ecclesia the Virtuous and not Ecclesia the Exiled. I think if any of the twin braids, "horns" and hammer is present then Ecclesia the Exiled should not be tagged? I'm not very familiar with how yu-gi-oh! tagging works.

It seems that the Exiled card is the base outfit compared to the Virtuous one.
