There's a mechanism for translating it on Danbooru (notes). If you have the ability to translate it that way, great. If not, perhaps someone else could do it. Either way, uploading untranslated stuff isn't a problem. If you can't translate it yourself, and need someone else too look at it, you can always tag the images with the 'translation_request' tag.

I prefer untranslated stuff, actually, especially since a lot of the english translations of doujinshi floating around are not really very good.
