Well, anyway, I guess we can start using it. But only for images where "hat as distinct character" is present. If someone starts tagging it on every image where Suwako is wearing the hat, I'll have to hit them.
Before we start using it, we need to move the artist currently there. On her website she gives her name as "暗宇きい". something_kei. Any ideas on the name?

Shouldn't it be all or nothing, like myon? I can't think of any instance where we would tag something that is there but only if something else isn't.

I have understood jxh's guideline more like,
"If it is just Moriya Suwako wearing a hat with big eyes, then it is hat;
if it is Moriya Suwako's hat showing feelings, initiatives, consciousness or existence on its own right, then it is pyonta."
Not like that would make it unambiguous, but perhaps easier to grasp.

That's because Pyonta is a character, and her hat is, well, a hat. So unless it takes a character on its own, we don't tag it other than "hat". That, and read the wiki.
