I think it shouldn't be. sex_toy imminent_penetration does not cover all use cases, because not all object penetrations feature sex toys.
When I made a somewhat related tag, male penetrated (forum #267034), I envisioned it being used for both organic rods, dicks, fingers, etc., and toys too, especially in heterosexual contexts (-hetero clause in the bur was added by the admin, not me).
