Deprecating hands_on_own_breasts

BUR #39467 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

deprecate hands_on_own_breasts
mass update hands_on_own_breasts ~grabbing_own_breast ~hand_on_own_chest ~hands_on_own_chest -> -hands_on_own_breasts

This is just a dumping ground of grabbing_own_breast, hand/hands_on_own_chest, breasts_squeezed_together and so on. It should be deprecated and filtered into the more specific tags.

Write a deprecation wiki first.

I don't change wikis when I make a deprecation BUR because it seems presumptuous, especially if the BUR doesn't go through. In any case, looks like someone beat me to it.

Yeah, I added the exemplar tags after seeing NNT's comment.
Should have replied here but wasn't sure if you have any other tags that you might want to have added to the wiki.

Maybe in those cases, could write a sample wiki in your BUR reason to sub in upon approval. But your existing reason mentions 4 tags already so it's basically already half done
