There's something strange with the source. The source on the sidebar is https://www.pixiv.net/fanbox/creator/21436122, which is the artist's fanbox page, not the specific post (i.e. it's a bad source). However whatever process automatically detects and tags bad source does not detect this post, and I can't add bad source manually. The tag is silently rejected with no error message, and no log entry is generated.
Furthermore, the actual source as shown when editing tags is a direct link to an image: https://pixiv.pximg.net/fanbox/public/images/creator/21436122/profile/ZP7ftM7TgqIpFQVTwiulrZmE.jpeg (i.e. it's a bad link). Attempting to manually add bad link also is silently rejected.

This image can be publicly accessed by anyone right now if you open the artist's fanbox page.
It's one of the artist's featured images, that's why the link is to the Fanbox page rather than a Fanbox post. These are valid to post. Every now and again there happens to be a high/original quality image on a featured reel. Bad source and bad link are automatically handled first-party by the site so they can't be added or removed by anyone; several other metatags are like this.

I think it is not what this topic for. Also, this is not a banned artist, all the other posts were banned due to DMCA takedown from artist.
Upload a manga cover could be a paid reward? Or is there a rule prohibiting?
Paid reward is specifically about membership platforms that lock content behind a subscription or of shops that sell past subscription rewards. Read the wiki for more information.
