rename touei_robot_girls -> toei_robot_girls
In topic #17413, Touei was turned into Toei Animation along with Yu-Gi-Oh! (Toei), and in the process, so was Spider-Man (Toei) changed.
However, two tags were forgotten: Touei Robot Girls and Touei the Kaiser. However, this BUR only covers one of them. Touei Robot Girls' title is 東映ロボットガールズ and uses the same characters as Toei, 東映. Touei the Kaiser's title meanwhile is 闘影ジ・カイザー, using 闘影 instead, and I have no idea if it is playing on the fact that it's being pronounced the same way as 東映 or not, so I wanted to ask whether we should rename it as well.
Additionally, should we broaden the Toei Animation tag to be about Toei Company? Posts like post #1173885, post #1332901, post #2843522, and post #4976421 all leverage the fact that Toei's tokusatsu content and Toei's animation content are both owned by Toei.
