Suggestion for a "fan design" tag

While it’s currently folded into alternate design I feel that art of an unseen character (IE Altrouge Brunestud or Chang'e (touhou)) should have it’s own distinct tag, asking about it just to be sure and not sure if “Fan Design” is the best name, so any suggestions there are welcome too.

I think just mentioning in the wiki "we don't actually know what this character looks like so all images of them are technically original" is sufficient. Don't see a point in creating another tag that will essentially be padding for the chartag's presence.

Specific consistent designs between artists should receive a character tag qualified by the artist who conceptualised the design, at the very least.

There's borrowed design, but that seems like its more for characters who are going to have an appearance at some point. Not characters trapped in Takeuchi's nightmare limbo realm.
