We don't have specific winter uniform tags for any other copyright. This tag should be covered by chuo_tanegashima_high_school_uniform winter_uniform. (Also bad etiquette to just create several wiki pages reading "Wip" so you can submit your implication BURs. Flesh out the wiki, then submit BURs [though this implication is kind of garbage imo])
