Starting with fixing the ambiguous pangya character tags. They should be standarized to be name_(pangya). Half the chartags are already name_(pangya) and half are ambiguous as below.

BUR #45030 is pending approval.
create alias arin -> arin_(pangya)
remove alias arin -> arin_(pangya)
rename azer -> azer_(pangya)
rename kaz -> kaz_(pangya)
create alias kooh -> kooh_(pangya)
remove alias kooh -> kooh_(pangya)
rename nuri -> nuri_(pangya)
rename cadie -> cadie_(pangya)
rename dolfini -> dolfini_(pangya)
create alias minty -> minty_(pangya)
remove alias minty -> minty_(pangya)
rename papel -> papel_(pangya)
rename quma -> quma_(pangya)
As above.
Ideally, these would all be renames but arin and kooh have more than 200 posts each.
Minty tags should be merged.

Do the create alias then remove alias for those with more than 200 posts, other tags could just go with rename.
