Tattoo type aliases

BUR #45168 has been rejected.

create alias groin_tattoo -> hip_tattoo
create alias sleeve_tattoo -> tattoo_sleeve

They pretty much mean the same thing

"Groin" is very different from "hip". It could be misunderstood to mean pubic tattoo.

And "sleeve tattoo" already appears when typing "tattoo sleeve" in the autocomplete.

The bulk update request #45168 (forum #374918) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
