The wording on the wiki could suggest that ears down and floppy ears are mutually exclusive. Logically, I think the two tags can be used together. If they are, then the wiki could use some clarification.
The same could apply to floppy ears and droopy ears.
Ears down are erect in their natural state. Floppy ears are naturally limp and cannot become erect. Having a tag specifically for the former is useful for identifying expressions involving animal ears such as a wolf being scared.

The opposite of ears down is droopy ears. Floppy ears is about how limp the ears are. I don't think floppy ears should be mutually exclusive to either of them.
