side note: there seems to be no standard on whether to use poking_* or *_poke, other than the existence of an alias from belly poke to poking belly. there's also cheek poking, which is an odd one out, using neither form.

create alias breast_poke -> poking_breast

I guess we should also consider whether we should split the tag into poking_own_breast and poking_another's_breast.
my rationale for picking poking_* over *_poke is that the latter opens some ambiguity. does it mean poking the body part, or poking using the body part?
granted, this doesn't matter for most tags (how does one poke using their navel), but take for example a hypothetical foot poke tag. you can poke a foot, or you can poke something using a foot. the tag name would leave you clueless as to which it refers to.
from there, it's simply a matter of consistency.

I populated two tags for poking one's own breast and poking another's breast. I also wrote the depreciation wiki for breast_poke.
This BUR will also effectively nuke poking breast assuming no one adds it again before the BUR is approved. I don't know if we need to deprecate it or not.
