create alias red_spider_lily -> spider_lily
The great majority of spider lily posts are of red flowers. So for the same reason blue jeans and red apple are aliased, red spider lily should be as well.
In addition, red spider lily is arbitrarily applied almost entirely to posts of a single character: Phrolova.

Guilty as charged.
Phrolova has a conductor baton that is designed like a spider lily and often has them as parts of the image, just so you know exactly why I applied it and that it wasn't an arbitrary decision. That being said, I never did question the existence of the red spider lily tag and just ran with it when I saw that it existed. I'm otherwise unaware of anything about the flower.
I wonder if it should alternatively be tagged as a conductor baton. I felt like doing so would pollute the tag and that wouldn't really be apparent unless you were using Related Tags or looked at other posts. Approaching it from the angle of holding a flower seemed like the appropriate move which is how I ended up tagging the case as holding flower + red spider lily.

If we're going to merge red spider lily with spider lily, we need to at least update the posts with red flower first.
