There is an overlap between hospital gown and pajamas. My thought is that hospital gown can be applied based on context as long as the clothing in question is not anything unconventional, e.g. pajamas with four different colors and complex print patterns. And if a hospital gown looks like pajamas it can be tagged as one. Posts under this search is almost completely identical to hospital gown posts.
There is still room for more precise categorization of the different variant of patient gowns, medical gowns and scrubs, if anyone has a better idea feel free to give suggestion.

Pink is also a realistic color for medical clothing, post #6699229, post #711727, post #9757204. In the case of Suzuran, her set is very standard-looking, very simple and very loose and big, there is no element of customization. All of the outfit's official posts (which are banned, see post 1, post 2) were related to her medical history, its purpose is to be her "hospitalized clothing", not any random pajamas.
If you think a post shouldn't be tagged as pajamas, just remove it. Those are mistags by people who weren't aware of hospital gown. That has nothing to do with what this BUR is asking for.

I don't know much about Magia Record so I just did some research. I thought the clothings were non-playable given their obviously unofficial names, turns out they are in fact playable. The globe server of the game ended service a long time ago in 2020. So I assume these costume never made their way to global, which is why they have improper names. The fan translations themselves didn't settle on an agreement either, Puella Magi wiki uses hospital gown, Fandom wiki uses hospitalized, the Youtube fan translation account uses hospital clothes, because it disregarded the distinction of the (hospitalized costume) outfits and the (hospital costume) outfits. As mentioned, the former are hospital gowns and the latter are personal clothing. Their official Japanese names do emphasize the distinction.
The Japanese name of the (hospitalized costume) clothing is 入院着, which means "hospital gown", specifically the type when you're hospitalized. The Japanese name of the (hospital costume) clothing is 病院服, it can also refer to "hospital gown", but in this context it refers to the personal clothing they wore in the hospital.
I'm not 100% sure but I think the "costume" qualifier is there in the tag names of Magia Record costume tags to distinguish obtainable but non-playable live2d costumes from playable alt versions because some characters had both, like Sakura Kyoko (Swimsuit Ver.) and Sakura Kyoko (Swimsuit Costume). I'm not sure how "clothing" is necessarily an improvement over "costume" in this regard and now there's inconsistency in how the costume tags are formatted.
