create implication mydei_(fig_stew)_(honkai:_star_rail) -> mydei_(honkai:_star_rail)

A similar BUR was proposed in forum #376160 (alias instead of rename).

The bulk update request #46002 (forum #377930) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.

None of these characters have wikis. I couldn't figure it out from the posts and had to dig this topic up to find out. Please write wikis if you're going to request implications.
