Deprecate Sweets

Sweets is a weird tag, the tag description implies it's for any sugary food, but we already have more specific tags that are not implied to it and more descriptive grouping tags like dessert, pastry, and candy. It just seems like a more vague version of better tags and I don't see what purpose it is serving that isn't being fulfilled by candy on post #7620340 or dessert on post #8273707

mixed feelings because i think there might be merit in implying dessert, candy etc. to sweets and having it function as an umbrella tag. if not, then a deprecation would be the way to go because i don't see the purpose of the tag otherwise.
