This character tag is a bit ambiguous, due to it also being the name of a type of frog (which is actually where the VTuber's name comes from). Her last name isn't used particularly often, but it is still official. I've heard her refer to herself as such on stream a few times, and it's the name she uses as a voice actress (These two articles from Hidive both credit her as "Coqui Saporana.")
