I don't really know how useful of a tag youtube_video_thumbnail actually is, since video_thumbnail doesn't have that many posts to begin with (at least compared to some other meta tags). Still, I'm testing the waters to see if anyone's in favor of an implication. If not, I guess I'll submit a second BUR to nuke it.
