Deprecating crotch in favor of crotch_focus

mass update crotch_focus crotch -> -crotch

The crotch wiki states that it is "for images where the point of view is blatantly focused on the crotch region". However, as the years went by, it kept being used any post where the crotch is simply visible, and crotch_focus was created to fill its original purpose. Now, crotch is a mess of a tag where most of its posts have nothing to do with what it was originally for. It should be deprecated and filtered into crotch_focus.

Crotch focus is headed in the same direction. A big portion of the tag is just random Strike Witches posts. Eventually we'll have crotch3 where crotch1 and crotch2 failed.

at least crotch_focus close-up is still safe

Yeah, there are some pretty bad ones in there. I'm gardening out the worst posts. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a subjective tag; how much of a focus is enough for the tag. I think users are also tagging it on posts with any defined crotch area, even if it's not the focus of the image.
