This tag feels quite redundant. For starters, there is no such thing as "pegasus wings"; pegasi by definition are horses with bird wings. As such, tagging this on pegasi would be tautological.
Apart from pegasi, the tag is composed almost entirely of Kurokoma Saki and some MLP personifications, which can instead be considered canon/lore tagging since there is no way to know their wings are "pegasi wings" by sight.
In all of these cases, feathered wings is the tag that should be used instead.
