Duplicate song tags. "Ki Kai Shima" is an alternate romanization used by database sites like the Vocaloid Lyrics Wiki and VocaDB, while "Kikaijima" is the reading used by Japanese sites like the Hatsune Miku Wiki and UtaTen. As far as I'm aware, there is no official romanization.
