It is official but it's essentially Natori Sana (jersey) with addons, giving it its own tag is probably too granular.

If that's the case then it shouldn't be a tag at all, you can just do natori_sana_(jersey) jersey_maid.

The Jersey maid costume has been a popular theme in Sana's fan art recently, but according to the discussion, it seems not to be popular enough in terms of officiality (no Live2D or 3D model).
I'm totally OK about Damin0358's suggestion for now.
If the situation changes, I'll make a suggestion in the appropriate thread that Ylimegirl mentioned.
