if there's no tag for this thing already, i'd suggest a name like broadcasting setup or livestreaming setup.

shaped liquid sounds best to me and closest to what the pool is seemingly for. gravity-defying liquid would make it sound like something as simple as flying drops of water qualifies.

Yeah, I think so. Not all of liquid hair would fit in the pool or tag (post #9846413), so I think it would be fine for posts to be tagged with both where applicable.
