Want to upload something connected to a game series that hasn't been uploaded here yet, so I'll need to create a copyright for it. However, the game is a sequel and thus connected to a larger franchise that is uploaded on here. I've seen that when that happens, there's an arrow on the tags connecting it to the larger franchise (not sure what that's called). How do I make that connection when tagging - or is it something that I'd have to make an appeal for it to happen?
you'll have to request an implication to get that done. go to "Request alias/implication" at the top of the page, then write:
imply child_tag_name -> parent_tag_name
this will make a request to imply (have one tag automatically add the other) the child tag to the parent tag, or in this case, the sequel to the franchise. for more information: help:tag implications, help:bulk update requests
