Alias for Decay/Rotting

BUR #49524 has been rejected.

create alias decay -> rotting

Synonymous terms. Rotting seems more descriptive than symply decay, but there's also Decaying skin, not sure if that one should be renamed to match.

Not even sure if decaying skin needs to exist. I think the vast majority of what decay / rotting goes for is skin
