This feels like a padding tag. Most of painting (medium) is canvas (medium). Perhaps they should be aliased?

The issue is there’s art on Canvas that isn’t done with paint such as post #7443381

Right in its wiki it says it's for things painted onto a canvas, not "anything done on a canvas".
