Bisexual proposal

BUR #50262 has been rejected.

create implication bisexual_male -> bisexual
create implication bisexual_female -> bisexual

it's difficult to figure out this tag's story, but it seems to have been aliased to bisexual female for a long time, then unaliased in topic #19877 and is now deprecated.

i believe that some searchers might not care about the specific arrangement and may simply be interested in seeing any and all depictions of bisexuality. a good comparison might be tags like genderswap, crossdressing or muscular, all of which are umbrellas of gender-specific tags whose top-level tags i imagine see decent search traffic.

none. that wouldn't be the intent of the tag, it would just serve as an umbrella of the two implied tags.

A bisexual_* search already covers that.

Come to think of it, we could nuke genderswap, crossdressing, and muscular since they all have more specific tags that cover male, female, and other genders and the qualifiers can easily be replaced by an asterisk in a search.

this has noise in it, mostly due to bisexual flag. that's like saying "nuke skirt because you can just search *skirt*, nevermind the occasional yuuma (skirthike) or Miniskirt Pirates result".

It would've been better to compare it with another adjective and a search with a single wildcard, but I see what you mean. It might work well enough for bisexual_*male (though we can't guarantee 0% noise even with that), but that's only because there is no bisexual_other tag.
