Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan's male lead was transliterated and tagged as "Ootori Tatta" back before official translations of the manga existed, but official translation goes with "Ootori Tatsuta". It's a bit ambiguous which one the author was going for (it's merely the difference of whether the ツ kana is a "big" or "small" one, and neither is a common given name as far as I can tell) but going with the official version should make things easier for new fans looking for the character.
