Request of Girlfriend_(kari)

BUR #50452 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias kamijou_rui -> kamijo_rui
create alias kamijou_rui_(gf_kari) -> kamijo_rui

Both of these tags are the same character. However, currently posts are being made to both tags, and I think they need to be unified.
I also thought it would be better to match the tag to the name that appear on the card illustration.

To clarify further, some of the characters in Girlfriend (Kari) first appeared in Moegacha, which was created by the same company.
