Can we PLEASE blacklist the bestiality tag by default for all users?

It makes no sense that the furry tag is blacklisted by default while actual bestiality is not.

forum #392262 might be helpful. Basically we're looking for a tag that would cover all forms of animal sexualization from furry to bestiality and everything in between.
