if nipple object insertion is the same concept as the other object insertion tags, then they aren't the same. object penetration is specifically for inanimate objects like sex toys and the like. nipple penetration is broader like vaginal or anal are.

now that you mention it, that's true. in the case one should impyl the other
object insertion mentions it's for vaginal/anal, so I'm not sure if nipple object insertion falls there... Though if not, then the implications to object insertion (food insertion, shared object insertion etc) could be problematic because they'd apply to nipple object insertion too.

I think it would be unreasonable to force people looking for dildos & co into seeing something that borders on the grotesque like this fetish. But that kind of puts into doubt all of the implications to object insertion in the case where someone is shoving a cucumber into their nipple (why.jpg)... Let's just leave it as it is for now and worry about it later.
