Because you see feet when a character is barefoot

feet -barefoot

Have you tried reading the Wiki for feet?

Feet covered by sandals, socks, thighhighs, or pantyhose still count.

Per the feet wiki:

Feet covered by sandals, socks, thighhighs, or pantyhose still count.

The tag is for feet which are prominent or detailed; there's no requirement that they be bare.

Feet is not a presence tag.

When one or both of a character's feet are prominently displayed or detailed. Add foot focus when the feet are the main subject or focus of the image.

The bulk update request #51748 (forum #402923) has been rejected by @NeptuneStarPrime.

Please be more careful, you are way over using it.

post #10400031 post #7461390 post #10399279 for example, just by a quick look through like 50%+ of what you are tagging as feet are not detailed enough to be tagged such
