a tag for carrying a person by a hogtie or similar restraint. this is tagged human luggage on gelbooru/rule34 but that tag is mixed with characters inside luggage while this is specifically for carrying

Most of these specific types of carrying should be tagged carrying person, but I guess they can't imply it because it could be an animal or creature being carried instead (for example a humanoid pokemon like Gardevoir). This circles back to topic #34240 and what counts as a person for the purposes of tagging.
