create alias ip_police_tsuduki_chan -> ip_police_tsuduki-chan
rename tsuduki-chan -> tsuduki-chan_(ip_police)
rename saigo_(ip_police_tsuduki_chan) -> saigo_(ip_police)
So, this is something that's been on my mind for years. Because the logo for the comic romanized it as "Tsuduki chan" the copyright tag and Saigo's qualifier ended up without a hyphen, but given Tsuduki-chan the character tag, I think we all recognize how silly this is.
So I'm finally proposing we fix this. In the process though, I think it's worthwhile to just shorten the IP Police qualifier and give Tsuduki-chan one.
