Suit and Track suit

BUR #52963 has been rejected.

The wiki for suit specifies that the tag requires suit jacket. Suit jacket is very undertagged though.

Track suit is also a tag that requires other tags for it to make sense. In this case, it needs track jacket and track pants.

The problem is users will tag track suit on posts that lack one of the two clothing items. Like post #10547106 and post #10545341. Or worse, on post #10546342 where it doesn't even have track suit but rather the typical stripe pattern.
