Imply holding cocktail shaker

BUR #53098 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication holding_cocktail_shaker -> cocktail_shaker
create implication holding_cocktail_shaker -> holding

Sensible implication that hasn't existed because holding cocktail shaker didn't have enough posts yet. I went over all bartender tags and added it where applicable.

I also went through the implications and added them manually.

For future reference, we already have topic #23630 for holding implications. Next time request there please.
