A tag made by one person a year ago. The wiki describes it as "A contortion position (or a part of it) in which the performer twists their torso to extreme degrees." which would be a more extreme version of twisted_torso, but it can just be searched for with twisted_torso contortion. Also none of the active posts under the tag currently fit that wiki description at all.
