create alias artificial_tentacles -> mechanical_tentacles
there were some mechanical tentacles posts that i moved but the rest of it seems to be just normal tentacles?
maybe we want a tag for liquid tentacles but i don't think we'll be tagging natural vs. artificial tentacles in general?
