mass update whistle_in_mouth -> blowing_whistle -whistle_in_mouth
It seems like whistle in mouth was created this March. Is it really worth having both of these? It's usually not clear whether a whistle is actually being blown, or just held in someone's mouth. Does anyone feel like properly sorting the 590 blowing whistle posts into blown vs just held?
I guess whistle in mouth is the more inclusive tag, so changing them all to the newer tag could also work.
