The Weapon Humans in chainsaw man are distinct from Devils, using the same term for both causes some inconsistency like chainsaw_devil being used for Denji's transformation when it is a term best describing Pochita. The manga is not helpful with terminology, but western communities (like the wiki) largely refer to these characters and their transformations as "Hybrids". We don't see any of the devils in their original form so any depiction of what they might look like is OC. The implication is because the hybrid form and the human form are the same person with the same personalities. If the alias is too much I still think the implication should go through with the original tags.
