It seems once again there's confusion about where this song came from. Here's a brief breakdown:
The song was originally sung by Garnet during her battle with Jasper in the episode "Jailbreak.":

Later, a genocide route parody of the song with Sans as the singer was made:

This spawned multiple other parodies/responses (such as the ones referenced in post #8596861 and post #8596862) and it got so popular in the Undertale fandom that many don't seem to realize it was originally a Steven Universe song. If another post referencing a parody of the song is uploaded, there's a good chance the uploader will attempt to tag it with an Undertale qualifier, hence the alias.
