change tag zani_(infernal)_(wuthering_waves) to character

BUR #63476 is pending approval.

category zani_(infernal)_(wuthering_waves) -> character

This is the enhanced mode of zani , usually called infernal mode or inferno mode , I want this tag to be a character tag.
If any changes are needed, you can change “infernal” to “inferno”.

Counter BUR in forum #457591 to nuke it (I posted that before I saw this topic). I don't think we need this tag.

OP keeps making forum topics asking for tag category changes. Do they not know they can set the category of a tag when creating it by prefixing it accordingly (ex: char:zani_(infernal)_(wuthering_waves))? Obviously can't do that now since it has over 300 posts in it.
