I've been going through my collection trying to find sure-fire things to upload and I cam across one of my artbook scans.
Unfortunately the artwork does not take up the full page.
Examples:
It's about 83 pages... and most of the images aren't here except in low res form or wallpaper form. Is this safe to upload? Or should I only upload pages where the artwork takes up most of the image?

If those are the ones that don't take up the full page, then they're prefectly fine to upload. In general, if you're uploading full artbooks it doesn't hurt to include the less artworky pages for completness sake. Those often contain artist's commentary and similar, which is nice to have.
