A bug or a feature?

I just noticed that if you first favourite a picture, it's score goes up by 1. Normally, when you vote up or down, you can't do so again. But, if you favourite the picture first, you can still vote it up or down.

I was gona post this to the trac, but wanted to know if this is intented behaviour.

It's almost always been like this as far as I remember, and I always assumed it was intentional. Shows extra love to a picture you like a lot.
