feature: private tag

Is there an actual way to set private tags on Danbooru?

If not, provided others are interested, can Albert consider implementing such a feature?

For instance tags in the form "user:gsimon:xxx" only settable and visible by me.

An interesting idea, though I can imagine it might be hell on the servers if used extensively? Maybe, maybe not.

Wouldn't personal notes be more practical? In theory that could be done with a browser plug-in instead of server-side, couldn't it?

personal notes would be nice too, but not as convenient as tags (not searchable).

I just did a quick test (first time using pools) but -if I understand well- private pools are not writable by non member, but readable by anyone. Also it polutes the view page ("this post is member of the pool xxx").

Having a real fully private pool (invisible to other people) will do the trick for the need I see in private tags.

sorry I thought private pools were shared by a group of persons (member of the pool), in fact they are only writable by the creator of the pool himself.

Well, if a lot of people start doing it the pool list gets pretty ugly. Are we really allowed to just start creating pools for whatever quirky things we want?

Maybe the solution is private pools then?

What about favorites with custom categories?
