Reason: Obvious reasons.
While we're at it, could the following also be implicated to "bird"? That's because not all of the posts with each of the following tags also have the "bird" tag with them.
That's all what I can think of right now, but there may be more.

post #214336 should probably not be tagged penguin, penguin suit covers it.
Thinking about penguins and ostriches, could there be a need for something like a "flightless_bird" tag?
Not really sure if it would be needed, but I did look up to see if we had some other flightless birds and the Dodo which has 2 images seems to be split between 1 image by an artist DODO and post #472726 which doesn't appear to be really a dodo but some sort of flightless bird.
There is also kiwi, which seems to have been meant for the bird, with kiwifruit for the fruit. Most of the images appear to be of the fruit, though.

Well, this sort of issue could affect any of the bird tags, not to mention fruits, guns, anything depicted symbolically really.
The solution is to either put up with them also being tagged bird or find another tag for the. I agree with jjj14 about penguin_suit. And I made that peacock one peacock_feathers. All the others show a real peacock, though in one it's a design on a dress.
